Pop Up Picnic for 2, you will enjoy 2 hours of the picnic. Pop Up Picnic for over 5 people, you will enjoy 3 hours of the picnic. Private resident, you will enjoy 4 hours of the picnic and if you are wanting more please let us know! Extra hours outside the allocated hour will occur a fee.

Please ensure that you have a backup plan for wet weather, unfortunately we can't control the weather on the day. We will do our best to monitor the weather and let you know if there is any rain on the day of the picnic. If it does rain on the day we recommend having the picnic at your house, indoor space or we can re schedule it for another date. Severe weather and no back up plan we have the right to cancel or reschedule the booking to a new date. We do not refund on wet or severe weather. Please note with any cancellations, unfortunately the Gold Coast Park Permit is non refundable, new permit will need to re apply and client's responsibility to pay the new fee.

In QLD the consumption of alcohol in a public place is prohibited, you can be issued an on the spot fine. What you choose to do during you picnic is your own responsibility, and not that of Just Picnic Events. Please ensure you read the fines and penalties policy on the QLD government site.

We require 2 weeks notice for any pop up picnics event. For the Gold Coast, please note that we do not take last minute bookings as Park Permit application takes 7 days.

We are a a registered commercial pop up picnic operator through the Gold Coast City Council, therefore all pop up picnics at any Gold Coast public park will need a permit. You will need to ensure you let us know 2 weeks prior to your event as the permit application takes up to 7 working days. Park Permit fee is $35 for non tourist destination parks on the Gold Coast, this fee is extra. Other parks that are listed below the Gold Coast City Council permit fee is: * Burleigh Hill $110 * Harley Park $108 * Mick Schamburg / Ed Hardy Parks $108 * Len Wort $108 * Pat Flanagan $108 * Point Danger $108 * Botanic Garden $277 All other parks $35 Please note with any cancellations, Park Permit is non refundable.

We require $50 non refundable deposit on the day of the booking, this is to secure your Event! Full payment must be made 2 weeks prior to the Event, we will remind you as well via email or text. If we don't receive your deposit payment, the picnic will not be secured and will be cancelled within 24 hours of invoice been sent.

On the day of the picnic you will receive a confirmation text from us, we will also send you a location point from Google Maps of where the Picnic will be set up. We will be there untill you have arrived and we will come back at the end of the picnic to pack up. Please ensure that you are on time for the picnic as we work to a schedule.

Yes we are insured and registered!

Just Picnic Events does not take responsibility for services provided by other companies. If you are organising food through another company, it is the client's responsibility to read the companies term and conditions, ensure that they are also certified, insured and licence.

No problem at all, please ensure you let us know 30 minutes prior and we will meet you back at the picnic spot.

All bookings require a $50 non refundable deposit to secure your date event. Cancellation Policy We do not offer any refunds however we can offer a credit or re schedule your picnic to a new date. Due to re scheduling your picnic, park permit application will be added as a new fee, client must pay this, unfortunately the old park permit is non refundable by the GC Council and aren't able to forward it to a new date. Any cancellation will loose the park permit fee, they are non refundable.

Credit Note are applicable for cancellation requests, re schedule must be made within 1 month time frame. Gift Vouchers can be purchased, please ensure you email us and we can organise this for you. Our GV is valid for 1 year and cannot be redeemable for CASH.

Other areas please contact us as early as you can to reschedule your booking. Gold Coast - Re-scheduled bookings will require an additional fee as all parks on the Gold Coast require a new booking permit.

Please ensure that you take care of our set up during your picnic. There will be a replacement fee if there is any damage to any items.
